Digital Doctor uses simple, transparent pricing.
The first hour is a flat $119, which covers diagnostics, repairs, troubleshooting, setup assistance, and general tech support.
After the first hour, you’re only charged $59.50 per additional 30-minute block, so you never pay for more time than you need.
There are no surprise fees, just simple, honest pricing.
Our No Fix, No Fee Guarantee
We believe you should only pay for work that actually solves your problem. Here’s how our No Fix, No Fee policy works:
We diagnose the issue
Josh will assess what’s going on and explain the problem clearly.
He will let you know if it can be fixed
You will be told upfront if the issue is repairable and what will be required.
If he says he can fix it… but can’t You won’t be charged.
If a repair is attempted and turns out not to be possible, the job is free.
Travel Fees
Digital Doctor is based in Whakatāne and services the wider region — including Ōhope, Coastlands, Thornton, Matatā, Awakeri, Edgecumbe, Kawerau, and Ōpōtiki.
Jobs outside Whakatāne town may include a small travel fee depending on distance.
Before booking, you’ll always be told exactly what the travel cost (if any) will be — no surprises.
